For Itxy-Ming, real estate has never simply been about closing a sale. It has always been about creating wealth, the kind that changes what is possible for a person or a family, and she has spent more than two decades helping people build it.

Before real estate, Itxy-Ming spent seven years in the airline industry. Selling her own home in Fort McMurray changed the direction of her career entirely. She saw firsthand what real estate could do for a person’s future, more than almost anything else, and she was licensed in Alberta shortly after. Her practice, LoveTiger Real Estate, is built on that same conviction, that the right move, priced and negotiated properly, is one of the most direct paths to real wealth.

Itxy-Ming has priced homes through more than one kind of Calgary market, with a particular focus on inner-city communities like Killarney/Glengarry, Hillhurst, Altadore, and South Calgary, and closed real estate across the city and the towns around it. She brings the same directness to every client relationship, straight answers, real numbers, and a genuine determination to get her clients the very best outcome, not just a deal that closes.

Outside of real estate, Itxy-Ming is a mother of five. She grew up in Victoria, British Columbia, before her family moved to Alberta in her teens, and she has called Calgary home since 2002. She will always be a lover of fitness. In another lifetime she dabbled in bodybuilding and dreamed of being Ms. Olympia, and these days she practices longevity through fasting, muscle maintenance, and clean eating.
