IAMLOVETIGER Real Estate (“IAMLOVETIGER,” “we,” “us”) operates this website to help you search Calgary real estate listings and connect with a realtor. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It’s written to comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide directly — name, email address, phone number, and any message content — when you book a showing, ask a question, save a search, or sign up for our newsletter.
- Account information if you register — email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email associated with that account.
- Activity on this site — listings you view or favourite, searches you save, and pages you visit — so we can respond to your interests and keep your saved searches and favourites in sync across visits.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically for security and site performance.
How we use your information
- To respond to showing requests, questions, and other inquiries you submit.
- To maintain your account, favourites, saved searches, and notify you when new listings match a saved search.
- To send occasional market updates or newsletter emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To maintain an internal record of our communications with you, so our service is consistent and nothing falls through the cracks.
- To keep the site secure and functioning correctly.
Who we share information with
We don’t sell your personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each of whom processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and account sign-in (including Google sign-in, if you choose it).
- Resend — sends transactional emails such as showing confirmations and saved-search alerts.
- Mapbox — powers the interactive map and search-by-area tools.
Listing data displayed on this site is supplied by the CREA Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and is subject to the terms of that feed.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights and choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. To make a request, use the contact form.
